We are offering two - one bedroom homes, with each home that can sleep up to four guests, within the Yanonali Court enclave development, for your long term and or short term stay in Santa Barbara.

For reference, 224 West Yanonali Street is named Santa Barbara, and 226 West Yanonali Street is named San Miguel.  Santa Barbara Island and San Miguel Island are within the Channel Islands, off the coast of Santa Barbara.

The master suite of a luxury hotel, without compromising on the advantages of privacy, cooking, and flexibility, benefit and comfort of staying in a custom built home.  This architectural home(s) has received national awards for design and planning, as well as, is among the first in the nation to be certified "Platinum" within the LEED for Homes program.  

Not to mention the incredible location of being a few short blocks to Santa Barbara's many treasured amenities.

For those who appreciate the outdoors and are into sailing, a J24 (24 foot sail boat, comfortable seats five) is available for use.  The sailboat is docked at the nearby harbor; like the beach and Stearns Wharf, the harbor is a short walk from the home.
