These homes are located moments from the beach and from downtown shopping in the charming West Beach neighborhood of Santa Barbara. They are located in a brand-new, luxurious, Spanish-Colonial style, five-unit development that was one of the first in the nation to be awarded the highest platinum level Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) certification for environmentally responsible building. Among the many desirable qualities provided these homes by their green-building pedigree have the exceptional health quality of the interior air in the units.
4 units are available for vacation rentals. We have two three-story, three bedroom units and two two-story 1 bedroom units. All are private and impeccably furnished with everything you might desire in a vacation rental. In addition to having the privacy and freedom of a private home, these homes also have many of the advantages of a hotel. Daily maid service is available for an additional fee, and an off-site, but nearby, staff is available to help with questions or with guidance on how best to enjoy Santa Barbara.
Rental rates for the three bedroom homes start at $625 per night and the one bedroom homes start at $325 per night. A 3–night stay minimum is required for the three bedroom homes and a 2-night stay minimum is required for the one bedroom homes. Longer stays, whether weekly or monthly, well received discounted rates.
A $225 final cleaning fee will be charged for the three bedroom rentals and a $125 final cleaning fee will be charged for the one bedroom rentals. A 12% city of Santa Barbara occupancy tax will be added for all rentals less than 30 days.
